What is the best way to import PDMS file data into AECOsim Building Designer?

Since PDMS is not a Bentley application there is limited internal knowledge regarding the formats it supports on export.  Based on the URL below, it would appear that PDMS does have the ability to save to DGN format, possibly with attributes, so this may be the best route to try first.  Other potential formats to consider are IFC, STEP and DWG.  With all of these options much will depend on how PDMS handles the export process and the type of data it includes, so some trial & error may be in order to find the best format and fidelity for your needs.
