Problem Description

How to change the space number so that the DataGroup annotation reflects the new number?

Steps to Resolve

There are three ways to change the space number from the space artifact:

1. In order to edit the artefact “Space Number” in AECOsim SS6 open the DataGroup Explorer and select the space to edit then double click under the "Space Number Column" on the space label, input the new number and data point to accept.  

2. From ABD SS6 use the Bi-directional link to Excel in DataGroup Explorer to edit multiple spaces. The spaces can be exported to Excel, have modifications made to the (non-calculated!) data then updated from Excel.

• Pick Edit in Excel.
• A spreadsheet will open, make your changes with any Excel tools, typically fill series.
• Save the spreadsheet
• Pick Update from Excel

3. Use the Edit Space tool and activate the "Apply/Edit" for Space Number, input the new number and data point to accept the changes.
