When using the HVAC tool "Split Unit" the unit does not display in the model. We are working in a custom workspace environment and only one user is experiencing this behavior.
Since only one user is experiencing this behavior, verify that the user has the proper read and write access to the workspace. To test this have another user sign in who's not experiencing this behavior. If this user is not experiencing the same issue as the first user, that means the first user should have his/hers credentials evaluated to verify that their read/write network access to the workspace is correct.
