You would like to merge a referenced building view into the master file. The Visible Edges of the reference dynamic view are set to Cached or Dynamic.

Please consider the following steps to ensure that the building view is completely visible in the master file.

    Steps to Accomplish

    1. Open the “References” dialogue.
    2. Select the reference you would like to merge.
    3. Go to Tools - Merge into Master
    4. The tool settings dialog box changes to “Merge References” dialog
    5. Check the option “Merge Visible Edges of 3D Attachments”
    6. Select view for merge with a data point – left mouse click
    7. The option “Merge Visible Edges of 3D Attachments” ensures that all elements of the building view are visible in the master file.
