Problem Description

How can I update existing Spaces in a model with revised DataGroup Property definitions from my current DataGroup System?

Steps to Resolve

1. Use "Upgrade DataGroup Utility" from the Utilities > Building Designer pulldown menu.  This will upgrade the DataGroup definitions in the model to the current DataGroup System Properties and catalog that is being currently used in the Dataset. 
2. Editing of multiple Spaces is possible by selecting groups of them from DataGroup Explorer. Select all the Spaces with the same Instance Names to change them at the same time. 
3. Right click and select "Modify Properties" in the pop-up menu.
4. The Edit Space tool will open with the same Space Type as those you are editing.
5. Switch the Space Type to a different one and then back again to place check marks in the Apply/Edit column. 
6. Place a data point in your model view to accept the edit.
7. All those Spaces that were selected should now be updated with the same Space properties as in your DataGroup System.
