Entries in AppInit_DLLs pose a potential security risk on Windows computers. This can be used to start a software in another software. Therefore speedikon does not support this functionality. If you rename or delete the entry from AppInit_DLLs e.g. the corresponding remote control software or the appropriate plugin, which has set the entry, may not work any longer.
Open the registry by entering regedit into Search programs and files. Navigate to the indicated folders
Using Windows XP:
At AppInit_Dlls no data is allowed. If there is a value please rename or delete ist. Then speedikon starts again.
