Overview

How can I create a Compound Cell?

Method

  1. Place the element(s) that you wish to convert into a Compound Cell.

  2. Open the Compound Cell Manager tool and click on Create to open the "Create Cell" dialog.

  3. Select the element(s).

  4. Choose the necessary parts of the new Compound Cell: 3D, Plan, Perforators and/or Origin. 

  5. Accept the origin point of the element(s).

  6. Name the cell accordingly.

  7. Click OK.

You should now have a Compound Cell available for placement.
