What is the best way to create Mansard roof in OpenBuildings Designer?

Steps to Resolve

Mansard Roofs can be created using Roof Builder tool.

Steps to be followed:

1. In the ‘Architectural Design’ panel under Building Designer Tasks, select Roof Builder. The Roof Builder dialogue box appears.
   
   
2. Choose “Gambrel Roof” among roof types.
   
   
3. Modify the “Upper Slope” value as ‘0:x’ where x is any number, according to the desired profile of the roof. Add other relevant values as required.
   

Place the roof using the ‘Place by: Shape’ option.
