Background

While running AECOsim Building Designer V8i, a recurring timeout error message is displayed which logs out the user after 2 minutes. AECOsim Building Designer asks the user to activate the product.

Steps to Accomplish

This is a problem with the activation of the product. The product may not have been activated properly.

It is recommended to once again try to activate the product properly with the user's Activation Code. AECOsim Building Designer will not timeout if the product is activated properly.
