Problem

When opening certain drawings using the Planner "browser/locate" feature, no attributes are visible on the attributes page of any properties dialog box (area or asset). Once this problem occurs, it propagates to any other drawing opened using the browser locate feature. This issue can temporarily be resolved by exiting out of Planner and using the Planner document open dialog to open the original file.

Solution

With Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard Edition Service Pack 1 the issue is reproducible, but even with Microsoft debugger the problem could not be narrowed down as the execution goes past system calls that only special tools can reach and returns failure from within. The problem is not reproducible with Windows 7 and 10 (notably NOT server editions), so the current conclusion is that there is something special with that windows version that results in failure.

Therefore, our current proposed solution would be to recreate the R-wing floorplan to see if that helps.
