Overview

The WorkSpace is the container within a Custom Configuration where groups of WorkSets will reside. An Organization may have a number of WorkSpaces or only one.

Method

The method to create the first WorkSpace in a Custom Configuration is described in CONNECT Edition - Custom Configuration - Part 1 : Initial Creation Steps for MicroStation CONNECT Edition.

The process is identical for OpenBuildings Designer except for the folders that are created. The pre-set list in the Standards Subfolders defined by _USTN_WORKSPACESTANDARDSUBDIRS is longer:
