Problem:

While performing some actions AECOsim runs out of memory and the About AECOsim Building Designer dialog shows something like this:

Solution:

To do this operation you will need the Administrator Credentials to the computer. Once you log in to the computer with Administrator Credentials, follow the following workflow:

• Open Control Panel and go to Administrative Tools.
   
• Double click on Local Security Policy:
  
• Expand Local Policies and then click on User Rights Assignments:
  
• Scroll the list on the right side of the window to find out Lock pages in memory and double click it to edit the Security Setting:
  
• In the next window, add the names of the particular user or user group using AECOsim:
  

This will add the user for Locking pages in memory. A restart is required for the setting to get applied. Once a restart is done, the memory issue will no longer appear.
