There are three (3) types of CIS/2 models: Manufacturing, Design, Analysis. Structural Modeler only imports two of them: Manufacturing and Design.
The analysis model will contain this element:
#6840=(
ANALYSIS_MODEL('Medical V5 290410',$,.SPACE_FRAME.,$,3)
ANALYSIS_MODEL_3D()
ANALYSIS_MODEL_LOCATED(#6841)
);
While a manufacturing or design model will contain:
FILE_SCHEMA (('STRUCTURAL_FRAME_SCHEMA'));
ENDSEC;
The manufacturing will contain these elements:
#473=ASSEMBLY_MANUFACTURING(28,'B-1','Beam',$,0,.LOW.,$,$,$,.SHOP_PROCESS.);
#474=ASSEMBLY_MANUFACTURING(29,'B-1','Beam',$,0,.LOW.,$,$,$,.SHOP_PROCESS.);
#475=ASSEMBLY_MANUFACTURING(30,'B-1','Beam',$,0,.LOW.,$,$,$,.SHOP_PROCESS.);
#476=ASSEMBLY_MANUFACTURING(31,'B-1','Beam',$,0,.LOW.,$,$,$,.SHOP_PROCESS.);
#477=ASSEMBLY_MANUFACTURING(32,'B-1','Beam',$,0,.LOW.,$,$,$,.SHOP_PROCESS.);
#478=ASSEMBLY_MANUFACTURING(33,'B-1','Beam',$,0,.LOW.,$,$,$,.SHOP_PROCESS.);
and the design model will contain these elements:
#182=ASSEMBLY_DESIGN_STRUCTURAL_MEMBER_LINEAR_CAMBERED_ABSOLUTE(0,'C-1',
$,$,0,.LOW.,.T.,.F.,(),(),.T.,.UNDEFINED_ROLE.,.PRIMARY_MEMBER.,.COLUMN.,
$,#282,#215,#216);
#183=ASSEMBLY_DESIGN_STRUCTURAL_MEMBER_LINEAR_CAMBERED_ABSOLUTE(0,'C-1',
$,#284,#217,#218);
#184=ASSEMBLY_DESIGN_STRUCTURAL_MEMBER_LINEAR_CAMBERED_ABSOLUTE(0,'C-1',
$,#286,#219,#220);
Neither SM nor PSM will import a pure analytical model, but, will import a Manuacturing or Design Model that also contains an Analytical Model.
