Problem

When opening the material editor dialog box there are no materials to select from.  Where are these materials located?

Solution

Once Material Editor dialog box is open, select "Open Palette".

From the Building_Materials.dgnlib select the palette according to your needs.

You should see the list of materials after expanding the pallet selected in the Material Editor.
