Your OpenBuildings Energy Simulator version number may be required in troubleshooting some issues.

Method

To find your version number, firstly open the software, and open any Workset.

Select File in the top left of the screen.

Then, select Help and About OpenBuildings Energy Simulator:

This will display a menu showing version number, license details and machine memory information.
