    To Copy or Move an Object to Another Location in a Hierarchy

    1. In the Navigate pane of the Browse window Bentley Facilities Manager , expand a hierarchy until the object you want is visible. 

    2. Do one of the following:
      To copy an object, while pressing the <Ctrl> key, drag and drop the selected object over the parent entry in the Navigate pane.

      or

      To move the object, drag and drop the selected object over the parent entry in the Navigate pane.
      If you are copying or moving objects within an organizational hierarchy, a menu opens with the Organization Link option.

      If you are copying or moving objects within alocational hierarchy, a menu opens with the Location Link option.


    3. Click the Link option that opens.
      The object is copied or moved to the selected position. Any objects contained in the selected object are also copied or moved.
