    Deleting Assets

    In Bentley Facilities Planner you can delete instances of assets and containers graphically and non-graphically.

    To delete assets and/or containers, graphically

    1. Using either the Element Selection tool or the Place Fence tool, select an asset, multiple assets, or a container.

    2. From the Planner menu, choose Asset > Delete.
      A dialog box opens asking, Are you sure you want to delete the selected object(s)?

    3. Click Yes.
      The selected objects are deleted.

    To delete assets and/or containers, non-graphically

    1. In one of Bentley Facilities Planner's dialog boxes, select one or more assets or containers.

    2. With the item(s) selected, right-click and choose Delete (or if you are in the Room Book dialog box, click the Delete button).
      A dialog box opens asking, Are you sure you want to delete the selected object(s)?

    3. Click Yes.
