The orientation in OpenBuildings Energy Simulator is defined as the angle to your North point from the y axis.

Method

To change your buildings orientation right click on Building in the project tree and select Properties.

Scroll down to Dimensions and edit Orientation as required.

Note that a north arrow can be seen on the floor plan at all times helping with the orientation of the building:
