It appears that U-Value checks are not being considered when you view the BRUKL document.

Solution

If you are considering a zone with no heating or cooling, the SBEM calculation engine will not check U values.

With HVAC defined:

U value checks are carried out

Without HVAC defined:

U value checks are not considered
