Which dataset files do I need to copy to a new machine to support our custom Spaces? Since I am fairly new to using OpenBuildings Designer a list of of folder locations and files to copy would be useful.
The DataGroup catalog items and definitions used by your custom Spaces are the primary target since they are required in order to place new Spaces of the same type as well as modifying existing Spaces. Custom Parts are also needed since they help control symbology for those Spaces. Ancillary files may also include annotation cell library(s) for drawing rule or manual annotation, schedule *.xlsx files for reporting, and Architectural drawing rules if you are annotating custom Space properties in your drawings.
The following list of Space related folders and files is based on the delivered BuildingTemplate_US workset + Dataset_US dataset. The actual locations may be different in your custom configuration, but this list should help to locate the equivalent data.
Workset contentThese folders mostly mirror the dataset folders below and are typically where custom data would be stored if using the delivered workspace folder structure.

Delivered dataset contentThese files are typically left as-is but you may need to check date stamps to be sure they have not been modified.
