When running the PartL calculation the following error may be returned:

Method

This is a known issue and will be resolved in the next release. It is caused due to an inverted order of glazing layers.

To resolve:

• Go to Materials Manager and select the glazing type in question, eg:
  
• Select any Layer:
  
  
• Click on Reverse:
  
  
  
• The Layer order will be corrected:
  

The PartL calculation will then be able to complete.
