Overview

When tracing a room on occasion you may find that it will not complete, and nothing happens after attempting to finish the room.

Method

This occurs if the geometry of the proposed room overlaps upon adjacent existing rooms.

The below video demonstrates the issue and how to resolve:

To resolve please take care that:

• Proposed room does not overlap the volume of rooms beside it
• Proposed room height does not exceed that of the space to floor above.
• Rooms below do not enter  the proposed room volume.
