Problem: When publishing an i-model we are getting the .imodel and i.dgn files but other files such as i.bim, i.bim-issues, i.bim.TileCache aren’t being generated. Solution:
The primary reason for this is that the application Bentley DgnDb iModel Importer 2.0 was missing which is responsible for creating the i.bim files.
But if you run ItgDgnDbImporter_2.0_x64.msi (which should be included with the OpenBuildings Designer Connect Edition installer) then you should be able to create the i.bim related file types while publishing an i-model.
Below is the procedure for checking whether this file is available on your system:-
1. Check the Program and Features option from Control Panel and see whether the Bentley DgnDb Imodel Importer 2.0 application is present. If it is present, then you should be able to create the bim related files while publishing an i-model.
2. If you do not see that application in Programs and Features, then it means it was somehow removed from your system or not been installed in the first place. So, we suggest you install it using ItgDgnDbImporter_2.0_x64.msi, either by creating a deployment image from your OpenBuildings Designer installer or by contacting Bentley Support.

3. Once installed, you should be able to publish an i-model from Open Buildings Designer including the i.bim files.
