Using the Edit Item command to modify Tags from V8i

Background

In AECOsim Building Designer V8i, one could edit a Tag by just double clicking on the Text Tag and editing it as per requirement. But in CONNECT Edition, no Tag tools can be found. So one needs to use the Edit Item option to perform editing on Text Tag (as known in V8i series)

Steps to Accomplish

1. Open the file using OpenBuildings Designer CONNECT Edition
   
   
2. Select the Text to be modified, long press on the right mouse button and choose Edit Item from the pop-up menu.
   
   
   
   
   
3. In the Edit Item dialog, modify the text as needed.
   
   
   
   
4. Scroll to the very bottom of the Edit Item dialog and click on Update.
   
   
   
   
5. The change is now reflected in the drawing.
