This article details the steps to take should the below error occur when running a PartL calculation:

Method

This message means that the construction types for your surfaces are missing from the PartL input file. You may have opened the DGN in an incorrect Workset - as detailed in the following Wiki:

Existing Constructions Missing

To resolve, you can follow the Workset guidance at link above, or:

Go to Home and select Global Change:
Select All Rooms:
On the right, expand all surface types affected (if unsure do each):
Choose the correct material type for each and click OK

The construction data should now be re-assigned and the PartL calculation can complete.
