Background

I need to know how to control the display of Drawing Boundary callouts in our drawings so we don’t constantly have to turn them off.

Steps to Accomplish 

Below is the workflow that will allow you to disable the Drawing Boundary callouts.

 

 

1. First click on the Detailing Symbol Styles button from the Drawing Production ribbon. Or you can click on the Drawing Boundary icon from one the below workflows and then click on the Detailing Symbol Style button.

 

 

    

 

2. Now under Detailing Symbol Styles select the style in which the callout was created and change the Annotation Display setting from Visible to Hidden:
