Problem

While launching OpenBuildings Designer the error message below is displayed in the Message Center. 

Solution

First, browse to the "Setting_Frames.xml" which is by default located in your dataset's \Setting folder, for example:

C:\ProgramData\Bentley\OpenBuildings CONNECT Edition\Configuration\Datasets\Dataset_NM\Setting\

Now open the file using a text editor such as Notepad ++, and remove the start tag:

<Frame name=”.

Then save the file.

After that when you launch OpenBuildings Designer you should no longer see the error message above.
