In some cases, it generally happens that some file from the previous installation is causing some problem. So, often we recommend the user to delete all the files which are associated with OBD and go for a fresh installation to avoid any issue causing due to any previous files. The fresh reinstallation can be done using the steps below,
The required steps for fresh installation are mentioned below,
For OBD when we try to uninstall it this dialog will come. From there for each Dataset click on the dropdown and select ‘Uninstall Existing’. After doing so click on Next. Wait for the uninstallation.
Go to this path and delete all the files in it,

C:\Program Files\Bentley\OpenBuildings CONNECT Edition
