OpenBuildings Generative Components Update 9 (v10.09.00.68)  

The following sections summarize the new features and enhancements in the GenerativeComponents CONNECT Edition Update 9 release.  

Pipe Node 

• A new node is available for Pipes. Route pipes using techniques:

Parametric Cell Node  

• Ability to: 
  • Place a parametric cell as a part of a larger script.  
  • Access its variables and variations.  
  • Use standard nodes to control variables.  

Parametric Variables Node 

• Node is used to drive the model's geometry parametrically by associating variables with dimensional constraints and element properties.  

New Technique for GenerativeComponents Component Placement Nodes 

• OverrideProperties - This technique is implemented to Modify GenerativeComponents placement nodes which are created using techniques "ByElement", "FromElementsInRange", "SelectNodesWithinRange".
