Problem

The brick size in the rendering of a drawing view is not correct after creating a Geometry Map for the material used in the rendering of a forward drawing view.

Solution

In order to change the size of the brick used in the forward view elevation of a drawing view, it is necessary to open the Geometry Map for that material and change the cell to one that is appropriate for the view. If no Cell is available at the correct size, a new one needs to be created.

• Select Settings > Rendering > Materials to open the Material Editor dialog.
• Select Settings > Advanced Mode in the dialog box.
• Select the material on the left side of the box.
• Select the arrow next to "Geometry" on the right side of the box to "On".
• Then click the icon next to the arrow to open the Geometry Map dialog for the material.
• Click on the Find Cell magnifying glass to select a different Cell.
• Then close the dialog and a new cell with a different size should be used for the rendered material in the drawing view.
