Problem Description:

I am unable to place the label coordinate in my design model. How to solve that? 

Solution:

label coordinate tool help us to place real world coordinates on the design model. If you are unable to place the label coordinate then the cell responsible for the label coordinate is not getting fetched properly. Follow the below steps to solve the issue.

Step1: Open the Annotation Tool setting from the Place annotation quick access. 

Step 2: Once the dialog is open navigate to Annotation Ref Symbols and under that Label Coordinate

Step 3: Click on the cell on the right and then chose the proper cell from the list and apply the changes. 

Step 4: click on the Label coordinate tool and you will notice it has started working.
