Problem

When opening a DGN file, I am sometimes facing this "DTD/Schema" error message:

Steps to Accomplish

First, go to the ‘Schema Upgrade Utility’ which you can find under this path: File>Utilities>Data Utilities> Schema Upgrade Utility

Then when this window pops up click on the Upgrade button:

After doing so the DTD/Schema error should no longer display.
