Problem

While printing it is often found out that after choosing a certain printer an error message has displayed in the Message Center stating ‘Unable to access Windows printer’.

Solution

It is often found that this happens when the Windows printer that was set as Default was Offline. And if the default printer can be changed to a different Windows printer, it solves the problem.
