While opening any DGN file some message Parameter update dialog box pops up.

Background

It can happen sometimes, whenever you will try to open any DGn file this message will pop up,

Steps to Accomplish 

Since this issue is related to reinforcement display parameters. If there is a new addition to these parameters, and if you don't have these changes for a build you are using, this dialog may pop up to inform the user that the new parameters are being added.

To solve this issue every time you open the new DGN file you need to click on ‘Proceed’ in the pop-up window.

After doing so if this problem still persists then you need to clean the Pref folder from your system. Then this problem will get solved permanently.
