Problem:

While opening a file from OpenBuildings Designer it was throwing an message as third screen 

Solution:

This message is a debugging information and can be closed. OpenBuildings Designer can then be used normally.

To switch off this error message, please deactivate the following settings under Network and Internet > Proxy:
