Change the unit precision while exporting to DXF file format.

Problem

For the project requirement, some users sometimes need a more precise unit system. It is usually set as 0.1, 0.12, or 0.123. But sometimes they need greater than that also the unit needs to change from time to time.

Solution

To achieve this requirement the following steps need to be followed.

Step -1-

Open the required file and the from the top left choose the ‘File’ option.

Then from the left choose the following path,

Export>Exchange File Type> DXF
 

Step -2

Then in the ‘Export File’ dialog box click on the ‘Option’ toolbox. There maximized the ‘Advanced’ menu under that. You will get ‘DXF Precision (Decimal Places),
