How set the default command or tool as none?

Background

Whenever opening OpenBuildings Designer the ‘Element Selection’ toolbox will appear. It is because by default ‘Selection’ command is chosen as ‘Default Tool’. But this default setting can be changed using the steps mentioned below.

Steps to Accomplish 

To remove the default tool one needs to use the steps added below,

1. Open the particular DGN file in OBD. Then open the ‘Preferences’ using the following path,
File>Settings>User>Preferences

2. After clicking on Preferences a pop-up window called ‘Preferences [Personal.OpenBuildingsDesiner]’ will appear. From there choose ‘Look and Feel’ from the lefthand list.‘
3. Then from the righthand sight set ‘Default Tool’ as ‘None’ from ‘Selection’
