"Could not obtain data" error when placing a Table

Problem Description:

While placing a table in OpenBuildings Designer I am getting the "Could not obtain data from data source" error as shown in the image below. How can I resolve it?

 

Solution:

Please refer to the below steps through which you can resolve the error.

  1. Go to Control Panel > Programs and Features, search for "Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise", right-click on it and choose Change or Repair.

 

  1. After that restart OpenBuildings Designer and try to use the Place Table tool again. You should now see that you can successfully place it.
