Problem

This is a known issue faced by users, who are using OBD Update 8, Update 9, and 9.1. Sometimes they get a .Net error when they click on the ‘Place Bar Joist’ tool,

Solution

Go to configuration variable and find the variable written below,
MS_SECURITY_LEVEL
And there you will find its value is set as ‘HIGH’. Here you need to change it to ‘NONE’ and restart OBD. You can find that you will no longer get the error message.
