Problem

This issue has been faced by one of our users recently. But this issue gets resolved when we advised some workflow that eventually solved the issue.

Solution

Please follow the steps below,
1. Create a new file.
2. When the file is opening properly with MicroStation most likely it can be referenced to any file in OBD. So, attach the file as a reference with the new OBD file.
3. Go for the ‘Marge to Master’ option and a similar file to the previous one will be created.

By this method, you can recover the file and work with the file in OBD.
