Background

For any particular or multiple WorkSet, this problem can occur. If you open any file through that WorkSet it could be found that if some tools are clicked the place window does not appear, and the message center saying Catalog Item not found,



And for some other tools, the place window come up but it was empty.

Steps to Accomplish

This issue is caused because of the DataSet which is associated with those specific WorkSets. Now here need find out the problematic DataSet and need to reinstall it again. For that, some steps need to follow,
1. Go to Control Panel. There click on ‘Programs and Features’ ,


2. From the list of Software, right-click on OpenBuildings Designer and chose ‘Change’ from the pop-up menu.


3. Then from the pop-up window click on the ‘Configure' tab,


4. After that go to the DataSet page and chose the required DataSet that needs to reinstall,

Then Click on Done.

And finally, click on Modify button. Then that DataSet start downloading and then it will get reinstalled.
