Tried to modify the data but the Instance data pop-up window does not appear.

Problem

This issue could happen middle of any ongoing project. This issue will hinder the flow of the workflow and any DataGroup Data cannot be added in any other ways to elements without the Instance Data tool. But this situation can be easily solved by doing one simple step.

Solution

The solution is renaming the pref folder which can be found in the location below,
C:\Users\User.Name\AppData\Local\Bentley\OpenBuildingsDesigner
Then please restart the application and you can see the Instance Data Popup window once again.
