Catalog Editor is not opening while working from PW

Problem:

While working from ProjectWise, we tried to open Catalog Editor of Open Buildings Designer, it was not working. 

Solution:

There could be two scenarios, 

First Case: 

When working with ProjectWise Managed Configuration, it is recommended that users access files through the ProjectWise Explorer and not through application shortcuts in the start menu, quick launch,
toolbar, or desktop. These application shortcuts will open the application in an unmanaged mode and require the application to restart when opening a managed file. OpenBuildings Designer, by default
disables and discourages iDesktop Integration workflows for productivity reason.

Second Case:

When you are working with an unmanaged workspace or hybrid workspace (Dataset is getting fetched from local machine and Worspace-Workset is getting fetched from PW or vice versa), in that case it is advisable to disable the application integration with desktop from BuildingDesigner_PW.cfg file. In this case it is highly recommended to always open dgn file from ProjectWise Explorer instead of application shortcut.
