Problem Description

While exporting Structural Quantity Spreadsheet in OBD it is giving an error as shown below. How to fix this?

 

Solution

Once you start getting this error, please go to your Control Panel and from Programs and Features repair your “Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise”. Please refer to the screengrabs below.

 

Finally, after repairing restart your OpenBuildings Designer and start exporting the Structural Quantity Spreadsheet and you will see that it is working fine without any error.
