    Modifying Window Sill Height

      Product(s): OpenBuildings Energy Simulator

    Problem

    How to edit the window sill heights for the windows that are already placed in the model?

    Steps to Accomplish

    1. At first, select any window in your model and open the Properties dialog box from the project tree as shown in the screengrab below.

     

    1. Upon opening the Properties dialog box, under Dimensions there is Reference Point Please change it as per your requirement (in this case I have changed it to Center/Top from Center/Bottom) and changed the Height as well. After that hit on Apply to make those changes.

     

    1. Finally, after making those changes, you can see in the model that the window sill height has been modified along with it. Please refer to the screengrab below.
