Problem

While opening OBD it is found that the OBD icon is not showing correctly in the task bar. In the Desktop shortcut, it is showing correctly and from the Windows menu also it is showing correctly.

Installation

This issue generally happens because the installation was not done properly. So, it is recommended for this case to fit
1. uninstall the application.

2. Remove all the OBD files from these locations.
C:\ProgramData\Bentley\OpenBuildings CONNECT Edition\Configuration

C:\Program Files\Bentley\OpenBuildings CONNECT Edition

C:\Users\User.Name\AppData\Local\Bentley\OpenBuildingsDesigner\10.0.0

3. Reinstall the application.
Using this method this problem will resolved.
