Question:

One single user can not open any design file from PWMS. This same user can open the file from other machines using his credential. How to resolve this issue ?

Answer:

In this particular issue, we found that this is something user specific issue. After investigating all corners like user file access in managed workspace, managed workspace-workset settings, this issue got resolved after creating a new user folder in the machine. The IT administator create a new user profile folder in user machine and restarted it. To load a new profile it takes some times and after restarting the machine, user was able to open the file.
