It is necessary to know the details about the application while troubleshooting any problem we are facing. It is often found out that the user is unaware of what the Update he/she is using, and they also don’t know about the version number of it.

Resolution

It is known that under Help this information is available under the About OpenBuildings Designer tab after clicking on which About OpenBuidings Designer CONNECTION Edition will appear. But there is a key in using which that dialog will appear in a second.

Using this dialog except for the update and build details, all memory information, the current file location, and whose license currently is using all details are available in this dialog.
