OpenBuildings - Background Map Missing in View Attributes Tab

Problem

Background Map in View Attributes Tab is missing in OpenBuildings Designer 2023. How can I Apply Bing Maps Background.

Solution

For versions prior to OpenBuildings Designer 2023 (Version 23.00.00.114), Background Map shows up in the View Attributes dialog after attaching GCS. This was changed and enhancements have been made in OpenBuildings Designer 2023.

The tool can now be accessed in below options:

Drawing Aids Tab

View Control Bar

Geographic Toolbox

With this enhancement, you can now apply the map settings to multiple views using the Assign Background Map tool.
