How to deactivate/hide feature called “Background Map”?

Steps to Resolve

If you want to hide this feature, not only for the active file, but for all files using that seed file, you should open DesignSeed.dgn file.

Once you have opened DesignSeed.dgn file, right click on one of the features on the ribbon and uncheck the “Select Background Map” option.

Once you uncheck, just save the settings. From now this feature will be hidden for all files using that seed file.
